Congratulations to Joanna Martino, Employee of the Month for October

BOSS Facility Services is proud to announce Joanna Martino has been selected as October’s Employee of the Month. Joanna joined the BOSS team in October 2013 as a Billing Assistant in the Billing Department. She worked her way to become a Billing Specialist and was promoted to Billing Lead in June 2015.

Joanna shows a genuine concern for the challenges that face all of her “customers” and makes every effort to do what she can to help them. She is coachable and takes all criticism as an opportunity to grow and learn and is constantly seeking for ways to improve processes within her area of responsibility. Joanna inspires her team to be the best they can be and they have all risen to meet or exceed her example.

Suzanne joined the BOSS team in September 2014 as a Special Projects Coordinator. Suzanne demonstrates the skills and personality needed to perform flawlessly as part of the Projects Team. Suzanne goes above and beyond to ensure we meet all timelines and consistently exceeds our client’s expectation. She is a TEAM player, always willing to jump in to help and her attendance is stellar. Vendors enjoy their working relationship with Suzanne as she clearly communicates each task at hand; all in an effort to provide a quality job each and every time.

Donna joined the BOSS team in October 2012 as a Customer Service Representative and immediately demonstrated that she possessed the work ethic, knowledge and attitude needed to provide excellent customer service to the clients she served.
