A premier Facility Service Management company seeks a Project Administrator in our Special Projects Department to manage all aspects of projects including quoting, subcontracting, scheduling, compliance assurance, progress and delays to ensure successful completion of each job within the specified timelines. The Special Projects Team administers small to mid-size construction projects for our Nationwide Retail clients.
 
Looking for an organized, dynamic individual with a high energy level who thrives in a fast paced environment. The right candidate is energetic, able to think on their feet, be a self-starter, have the ability to multi-task and be an efficient problem solver.
 
Candidate must be well versed with the application of industry standards and practices as related to the services provided. Must be able to identify root cause of problems and provide effective solutions to eliminate further occurrence of the same.
 
Must be able to handle the stress that may arise due to workload, clients or errors.
This is a great opportunity for the right person with a facilities management and customer service background who wants to grow with a strong growing company.
